Club Management Committee The committee consists of the president, vice president, immediate past president, secretary, treasurer, and at least two other members. The term for president is one year. The position of president is filled automatically by the vice president. The committee is elected at the annual general meeting in May. Except for the president and immediate past president, positions on the committee are usually decided at the May committee meeting. Sub-committees are formed as required to deal with specific issues. Financial planning, the Capital Trout Centre project, website creation and development, competition angling, and the annual auction have occupied recent sub-committees.
